During printing of larger or heavier items, I noticed some unwanted movement on the x/y axis. Further investigation revealed that this issue was caused by faulty z runners. To resolve this problem, I implemented a simple yet effective solution: inserting two sliders to minimize movement. Foam-type sticky pads are necessary for this modification. Some space is allocated for these pads, and in certain cases, doubling them up may be required to achieve a snug fit. However, it's crucial not to make the fit too tight, as this could lead to additional problems. Upon completion of this mod, I made sure to check that the left block does not come into contact with the z top switch. Additionally, I installed washers under the build plate to increase tension on the springs. This modification significantly improved print quality, particularly for larger items. These quick and easy mods were a great success!
