dsoxlan supports for Agilent/Keysight DSO2000/3000 scopes

There are several diy board designs for adding an ethernet connection to DSO2000/3000 series oscilloscopes. One such board is available from OSHPark. This design attaches to the OSHPark board to guide and hold it in position. There is an elegant 3d printed case dsoxlan design for another board layout that unfortunately has the ethernet jack centered rather than offset like the OSHPark board. I couldn't figure out how to modify the .stl from that design with OpenScad. This is a simple functional design I put together. The OpenScad design is pretty rough and now that I have functional parts I won't bother cleaning it up. The print itself is pretty simple. Instead of finding small bolts, I used hot glue to secure the supports to the board.
