I have created a prototype hub, called the Drive Sensitive Silent Hub (Rev 7), which features a 135mm drop, quick release mechanism, and can be fitted with either a RH single speed sprocket or multi-speed gear assembly, as well as an LH disc brake assembly. This innovative hub is designed to engage the drive to open pawls on demand, but retracts for coasting, allowing you to easily pull back the cycle without affecting pedal reversal.
