After searching a lot for the perfect yaw mount I decided to design me one. I got solidworks, so I should draw something. After a crash with an bad mount I got something to draw! It's designed for a tricopter using 12 mm booms, dt750 motors and a bms-620mg servo. Use epoxy or another strong glue to mount the mount to the servo axle. Be sure to not glue the mount to the servo case, so use only a small drop of glue. To mount the motor to the mount, I used 4 mm zip-ties. I used the same to mount the mount and the servo to the frame. Note: the bottom piece of the mount is NOT symmetric! When used in the correct direction it should turn smooth. I used a 3 mm shaft to turn around. Drill one time through the holes of one part of the mount. Print Settings Printer Brand: MakerBot Printer: MakerBot Replicator 2 Rafts: Doesn't Matter Supports: Yes Resolution: 0,1 mm Infill: 40% Notes: The top should be flat printed. The other part of the mount should be straight up, so the support would be minimal.
