DTF-UHF OpenLRS cradle to work with Jason-wratten's JR mounts

These are cradles which hold the DTF-UHF OpenLRS transmitter modules and use the arms and JR modules from Jason Wratten at http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:101766 . There are two cradles, one for the older pre-Hawkeye DTF-UHF module and one for the newer style manufactured by Hawkeye. I have also included a small plate which is useful if you don't have a JR module and want to stick any of my or Jason's original cradles to another type of radio, and a shorter 10mm arm. Thanks to the Jason Wratten for doing all the hard work producing the JR module! Instructions They fit snugly without any fettling when printed on my 3D printer. I printed then using no support material on the latest Slic3r and Repetier host. You'll need some m4 bolts to fix them to the arms.
