Based on this excellent 80mm fan mount: [PC front cover 80mm fan front double height 5.25 inch](https://grabcad.com/library/pc-front-cover-80mm-fan-front-double-height-5-25-inch-1) I modified it for better fit to my drive bays, and since PLA isn’t known for its flexibility, I replaced the snap-in retention mechanism with M4x8mm screws and retained hex nuts. I also changed the mount for the fan to be an easier front-insertion setup, using M4 flat-head screws.
