dual belt driven bed

Inspired by the dual GT2 belt driven z axis by n9jcv, I designed my own kit for a dual belt driven bed with different bearings and attachments to 2020 profiles instead of plywood. This kit uses 0812 self-lubricating bronze bushings which are better suited for the type of loads placed upon them in this application than regular ball bearings. It also uses the original motor mount, so you only have print every file listed here twice for the complete kit. I did have to snip of a little bit of the original motor mount with pliers to have the motor mount still fit between my bottom bracket and the bracket that holds the 8mm z-axis in place (as can be seen in the photo), but luckily the original motormount is a bit over-engineered so this is a non-issue. I use this system in addition to my other thing, a bearing to bushing adapter for the original z-carriage by Tech2C to get rid of 90% of the z-banding/noise caused by the cantilever design with linear ball bearings. BOM: about 1.3 meter of gt2 belt 150mm closed loop belt 5 pulleys with 8mm internal diameter (or whatever diameter rod you have lying around, anything would work I guess) a rod that is as long as your hypercube frame is wide 2x 0812 bronze self-lubricating bushing 1x regular pulley for the motor shaft a couple of zip-ties Each top bracket uses 2 of the same small flange bearings as the XY-idlers do in the original hypercube. You'll probably have a couple of spare ones just as I did. Please share if you make one of these!
