Dual Extruder Calibration Block

This is a quick customizable block used for calibration of dual extruder. The script generates 2 models, one for the internal part and one for the external, to be merged and printed on a machine with dual extruders. I just got my dual extruders and will be testing it soon. Should be pretty straight forward.
