Dual Extruder for CR-10 one or two E3D

This setup is a side by side configuration. My old ones are now replaced with this since it has several updated things that make it much easier to set the correct height between the extruders. Something that can be a pain in the b... as you might know. It uses the original extruder and the original fan for it. The fan is mounted with dubble sided tape on the fan holder. The set screw is now on back so the E3D doesn't have do be removed. A set screw on top to help with tiny adjustments. And the radial fan has a more secure holding to prevent from rotating. It is a nut in-bedded in the E3D holder so it can be harder tightened. There are in fact several M3 nuts in-bedded in the construction so that the threads doesn't wear out. To find the exact offset in X and Y do like this. Put some painters tape on the heat bed and lower the nozzles by hand so the press slightly against the tape. The push the bed in X and Y direction. The nozzle will leave a faint mark on the tape. Just measure with a caliper between center and center of respectively track marks. Put this where you find good use for it. 180109: Files with name "E3D Mount2XE3D" are extra for changing the original hotend to another E3D. I noticed that an hotend that is like the original is almost twice the price of one E3D clone so there is no reason to by an "original" version if it breaks. The fan holder for the right hotend has to be slightly modified so it is possible to rotate it. Just to remove a small portion of it.
