Dual extrusion extruder with Dual gears, Direct drive, Single nozzle. Design uses BMG gears (Triangle clones), Nema17 Pancake. Integrated 2-in1 Splitter using partially cutted PTFE Tube (use included Cutter from FLUX CAPACITOR extruser) Single nozzle, Extruder gears are switchable with a small Servo (used a EMAX 3054, other with 28,5 x 13,0 x 31,1 mm and ~ 3-5 kg should fit). Remark: you need at least Marlin-Bugfix as of Nov, 2022, previous versions had a bug with Single Nozzle/Dual Extruder. Setup: Add Parameters for Loaded Left/Right Extruder, e.g. for me I add the following to my slicer start GCODE: M281 P1 L30 U140 (30° for T0, 140° for T1) Filament Change GCODE Something like that: (i need to retract 51mm to park filament in Splitter before the gears) ;park old extruder {if previous_extruder==0 and next_extruder==1}G1 E-51{endif}; {if previous_extruder==1 and next_extruder==0} G1 E-51 {endif}; ;change to the new T{next_extruder} {if previous_extruder==0 and next_extruder==1}G1 E51{endif}; {if previous_extruder==1 and next_extruder==0} G1 E51 {endif}; Design Fits EVA2 with V6, but can be adapted to others simply.
