I fabricated a custom dual extruder top cap to replace my worn-out plywood model. My goal was to create a secure mounting system for the ptfe filament tubes that surpassed the standard design's capabilities. I also designed an optional power cord mount as a bonus feature to complement the top cap. On the power cord mount, I applied m3x20mm countersink screws and two nuts each, one to form studs and the other to fasten down the piece securely.
