Dual Micro Extruder based on V5 from ultibots

This is a set of modified micro extruders with a mount plate. This spaces the j-heads 20mm apart, and will attach to the standard spacing of jonas kuehlings x carriage. It is a work in progress and i have not printed it yet. It should work, but i make no guarantees. Solidworks parts/assemblies are included and the stls haven't been checked or cleaned up yet. I would rotate flip the mirror extruder part if you are printing it. I would also rotate the mount plate by 90 degrees. Update 10/10/2013: I changed the mounting configuration for the extruders. So the the extruder bodies and mount plate have changed. I updated the solidworks files(which are now in one zip file), the extruder bodies and the mounting plate. Instructions parts required should be: 4x m3x25 or m3x30(this one will need some extra washers) shcs to attach the motors. 4x m3 nuts to accatch motors 6x m4x20 flat head to attach bearings like mcmaster part # 91294A196 6x m4 nut to attach bearings 4x m3x18 shcs to attach extruders to mounting plate 4x m3 nut to attach extruder to mounting plate 2 m4 x 15 (roughly) to attach dual extruder assembly to carriage 2 m4 nuts to attach extruder assembly to carriage 4x m3x30 shcs for idler. (could go longer if you want it spring loaded.) 4x m3 nuts for the idler 6x 624 bearings 2x pg35l mottors 2x hobbed gear things 2x heatsinks 2x 4mm fans you will also need to print two of the pg35 fan ducts frond here http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:39135
