Hope you like this monitor stand. Its intended for two Dell U2312HM on top of each other. Others may work as well since the stand uses the standard VESA Mount which is found on almost all flat screens. The angle of the monitors can be adjusted. Print Settings Printer Brand: RepRap Printer: Mendel Supports: No Resolution: 0.3 mm Infill: screws: 100%, alll other parts: 50% Notes: All parts included. :-) Edit: I recommend printing this in ABS. I tried it in PLA and it broke apart after several weeks. Maybe it also helps to increase the extruder temperature to improve the layer adhesion (I printed with 190°C which I suppose is relatively cold). Some parts need to be scaled since they are not exported to the correct size by my CAD Tool. The scaling factor is 10. Before you print the Spacer, you should measure the exact space between the arms where the vesamount bolts to. Scale the spacer so it fits in snug. Not doing so might break the arms or the vesamount when you tighten the screws. The Assembly is just to show how everything is put together. Post-Printing Weld the mainstand parts together using a Dremel and this technique:http://hackaday.com/2014/12/30/3d-printing-technique-friction-welding/ Weld the Adjusternut to the appropriate position. Weld the Adjuster Pin to both Adjuster Bolts. Assemble everything. Done. :-)
