Update 11/5/2017 I am not working on this printer any more.So no more updates will follow. After I see Yeitso's design, I decided to create one for Vulcanus Max. In Vulcanus MAX 10 mm rods are used (instead of 8 mm) and the bearings are 5 mm longer and 5 mm wider than 8 mm ones. I designed several versions. Three bearings with full cover Four bearings with full cover Three bearings without cover Four bearings without cover 1 and 2 are tight so you normally don't need any glue to stick them in. for 3 and 4 you can use cable ties, 2 for each. For extra strength the thickness is now 7 mm. You can use this carriage with the dual mount and belt tensioner from Yeitso http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1310135 Print Settings Printer Brand: Wanhao Printer: Wanhao Duplicator i3 V2 Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 300 micron Infill: 100% Notes: Be sure that your infill is 100%. Less will make the joints weak.
