The opening is slightly large for most cables but can be filled with a custom-made adapter (SW files attached). M3 screws secure all parts together, ensuring a sturdy build. The 4mm connectors are inserted from below using a soldering iron tip, mimicking a press-fit assembly. Next, a long wire is soldered to each rail's connector - 5v, GND, and 12v. This step was the most time-consuming part of the project. If plastic debris enters the connector, it will not affect functionality; however, it can be removed with a drill bit. To do so, push the plastic plug to the bottom of the connector housing and apply pressure while rotating the drill bit. Once the bit bites into the plastic, slowly rotate and pull out the plastic piece.
