My first shot at creating a spinner using FreeCAD. I've made the skate bearing holes 22.1mm in diameter to accommodate for the way it prints the holes smaller than 22mm on the Makerbot I use. This way it is a near perfect fit for me and only takes a little bit of sanding the holes.. Print Settings Printer Brand: MakerBot Printer: MakerBot Replicator (5th Generation) Rafts: Yes Supports: No Post-Printing Links to some bearings you can use Of course, you can spend a lot on hybrid or ceramic bearings. I just use stainless steel because they're more cost effective. If you want longer spin times, making the spinner out of a metal will help, but using a ceramic bearing will help a lot...they're just a lot more expensive. I use my spinners simply as fidget toys. So U use some of these... The bearings in the two sides are less expensive because they don't need to spin as smoothly, and if you make a lot of spinners, they're good to have around:https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01C9XDPVQ/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o04_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 This is the one in the center I used for this one, it's a Bones Super Red bearing: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B002E2MYSI/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o05_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 Bones Reds also work well for the cost, and I use them a lot in fidget spinners:https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000FDRQ1S/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 Yellow Jackets are good in my opinion:https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00VKK3I6W/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o07_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
