The rubber on my controller's thumbsticks degraded and fell apart within about year or two with just light infrequent use. This is a replacement designed to be as close as possible to the original size and shape. I believe the rubber composite was changed at some point and this issue went away. **This is designed as a tight fit over a thumbstick without any rubber left around the outside and it will not fit over intact thumbsticks.** The rubber on the top of the stick is bonded on far better but should not interfere with the fit of these covers. Best printed at a low layer height, I used a brim but you might get away without one. Supports probably needed for the inside, I printed mine with a support roof but your milage may vary depending how well your printer can keep the overhang from sticking to the roof. Sanding recommended.
