DualStrusion Buckle for MakerBelt

DualStrusion Buckle for MakerBelt

thingiverse

This buckle was made on the original MakerBot Replicator and can be printed in two different colors. Check out the original MakerBelt here: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:31243 Created by Todd Instructions Print this with the typical DualStrusion method. I'd suggest 3 extra shells to get the stability you need for the functional part. The files are labeled so that they match the colors of the pieces in the photo. Any emblem that fits in a 56mm circle centered around X = 38.2984, Y = 40.5916 with a thickness of 2mm should work well with the DSBuckleBlank.stl file to make your own customizable two color belt buckle. You can even print a separate piece and glue it in if you don't want to do DualStrusion.
