I was inspired by the enclosure from https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4533604 but this was for an Ender 3 pro model, I have the standard original Ender 3 model and needed an enclosure for the original Duet 2 Maestro control board to fit my printer so I designed one from scratch similar to the one listed in the link. I did consider changing the pro design from the link above but it’s a real struggle when you just have the STL’s to work with. My design was done in Fusion 360 and I have included this for download so that anyone who wants to change anything can do so easily. Please note that this enclosure was made to fit the original Duet 2 Maestro board, I know that there are some clone boards around (with an ethernet port as mine and with Wifi as a replacement to the Ethernet port) but I can’t guarantee that they will fit but as I have included the fusion 360 file it would be a small effort to change if needed. The enclosure uses.. Two 5V Nocua fans (NF-A4x10) which just slots in with no screws. four 3x5mm long screws for the lid. four 3x5mm long screws to mount the board. two 4x5mm long screws with T nuts to fit to the 4040 Ender frame. two 5x30mm long to go through the front spacer. As I have used 5V fans please note that you will need to adjust the fan voltage of the board from 24V to 5V using the appropiate jumper of the Duet 2 Maestro board, as the fans are running continuously I use the always "on fan" pins and split both fans off from there. Most of the walls of the enclosure are 3mm thick to make it sturdy and as you can imagine the model takes a while to print.
