Duet 2 Maestro v. 1 2020 case remixed for access to SD card and USB

I liked thedorje's remix of Moederbeer's Duet Maestro 2020 case but I wanted access to the USB plug and SD card slot. I also wanted more openings for cables that are not on the same side as the extrusion. So I remixed thedorje's and gave access to SD and USB and on the side with the fan opened up some of the grill holes so room for cables to come through to the inside of the case. For the top, use the one from Moederbeer's original design.
