Duet, DuetWifi & DueX4 mount for 2020 extrusion

A simple mount for the Duet., DuetWifi and DueX4 to 2020 AL extrusion. The SCAD file uses cubeX from http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:112008 NOTE: DueX4 mount not tested since I don't have one, so the board mounting holes could incorrectly positioned. 7/8/16 - Added a version that puts the board over the extrusion it mounts on. 7/31/16 - Added a port cover for the Duet 0.8.5, it's in the v0.2 scad file. The v0.2 scad file also has one for the DuetWifi, but the wifi slot hasn't been tested yet, since I'm waiting for pre-order batch 4. 8/12/16 - Added an adapter to use a 50mm 10x15 blower instead of a 40mm axial. 9/10/16 - Added screwsizes.scad, put it in a folder called inc in the folder with the main scad file. Adjusted position of pc board on the overhang version so that the i/o end screws would miss the 2020. Also, got my DuetWifi, so the i/o port cover is now available. It has removable support for the antenna cover. The port cover is for the Duet with buttons for reset and erase. Print Settings Printer: Wilson II Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.2mm layers Infill: 25% Post-Printing The mounting holes are sized for a 3mm tap or the screws can self-tap. Use M3x8mm to mount pc board.
