Duet Wifi board mount for MakerSelect 2.1 (Wanhao i3) case

This is a very sturdy mount for upgrading your MakerSelect 2 to a Duet Wifi board. It mounts towards the front of the case to allow room for other things such as cooling fans, mosfets, etc. This also allows you to access the USB and SD slot from the opening in the front of the case (assuming you remove the screen since it's not compatible) if needed. The mount provides a big air channel around the driver chips so with sufficient airflow you should have adequate cooling. I recommend that you also change the backplate with a 60mm or larger fan as well, such as this one: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2117148 This was inspired by https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3102187 but is a very different design in that it mounts on the front of the case and not the back. It's a cool design worth checking out though, especially for the front case shelf part.
