Here is my take on creating an enclosure for the duetwifi board. Please note that this is for a version 1.04 board where the erase button was moved. I wanted an enclosure that would fit between the bottom two 2020 supports and this is what I came up with. If you try this design on a 1.03 there is a good chance the erase button will hit the faceplate. I have not printed the design yet but plan to in the next couple of days. I included the STEP files in case anyone wants to make a remix for an earlier or ethernet version. You should not need supports for any of the STL files. Update: 9/26/2018 Well I printed the face plate and everything lines up but just as I feared, the reset button sits closer (actually thought it was located where the erase button was on V1.03) to the USB port which makes it just barely touch the face plate. I will have to update the model to give a little more clearance there. (Just posted the CAD with the reset button fix). On my print I just used a dremel to make a small pocket not even 1mm deep. Update 9/27/2018 The base box just finished printing and the board and 40mm fan fit fine. Looks like the board sits 0.5mm from the front edge which gives enough gap between the face plate and reset button. Due to the design the box bolts directly to the 2020 extrusion and must be installed first and then the board. Update 9/28/2018 Printed all the parts and had no issues. Basically used the standard 0.2mm setting through Prusa Slic3r. Installation required some tweezers and a ball end allen wrench but everything fit fine. Added some pics of the enclosure installed (did not connect the wiring to give a better view). I was still able to mount the 7" display using the "thingi" below. https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3101323 Update 10/3/2018 Made changes to the box and cover design which are now V2. Added an attachment point to the opposite side of the fan as the wires would cause both halves to separate leaving a gap between the covers. I also added some strain relief bars to hold the wires in place via zip ties. This makes it easier to attach the final cover. As a final note, I found applying super glue to the M3 nuts helps keep them in place when it comes to bolting the fan in place.
