DuetWifi Enclosure for 2020 extrusion

Case for the Duet Wifi 2.0. It is designed for 2x 60mm fans to be placed on the back-side with the flow being forced onto the back of the board as described on the duetwiki. This airflow is quite good over the drivers even with thin fans. There are 4x M5 clearance holes for mounting the enclosure and 2 wire management rings over the board. The design is intended to be used with 2020 extrusions but you could mount it to anything really.
