Simple female human dummy, rigged. Made for the purpose of using as a placeholder or a reference. Made in Blender, it should work in Unity. The model itself works with Unreal, but the rig won’t. In short: Importing Rigs from Blender are not quite smooth to Unreal due how unreal names/handles rigs. You can bypass this problem following tutorials.
