I created DummyBot just for kicks, or maybe not at all. My buddy thinks it resembles a Fortune Cat mascot, but I call it DummyBot myself. You can print this design without supports. To get the head spinning, you'll need an ordinary 608 bearing - same one used in Fidget Spinners. I decided on a 0.3 mm layer height and so far, it seems fine.
