Dungeon Tiles - 3x3 Punch and Trace Wood Flooring

This is a project I created to make dungeon tiles for D&D much faster. I use 0.5-inch XPS foam cut into 3in x 3in squares. I made the punch and tracing pieces slightly larger by 0.04 to account for variance in the tiles. It is made to fit on top of the 3in x 3in foam piece and then be pressed down to emboss the pattern on the tile. When I first started making these tiles, I was making them by hand with a ruler and it would take hours to make just a few. Now with this printed texture embosser it takes 20 minutes to do about 50 of them. This includes a punch for embossing the pattern on the foam and a tracing piece to make the grooves deeper. After setting the pattern with the punch use the tracing piece with a pen to make the pattern deeper so it will stand out more when painted. The edge of the tracing piece can also be used as a center mark all the way around the middle of the tile so you can make your tiles double sided. See my other files for the 3in x 3in stone tile pattern I use for the opposite side.
