Inspired by the Quadlock phone holder, I created my own 3D printable model. Very functional, practical and safe, this mount allows you to easily attach your phone to your motorcycle, bike, scooter (22mm diameter handlebars) and locks it until you decide to release it by pressing the release tab. This system consists of four parts: - the upper_guidon_stand - the support_guidon_low - the adapter_hull - the flower: available in 3 different thicknesses, depending on the 3D printers, the working sets may vary. So it's up to you to choose the correct thickness so that the flower can slide properly in the adapter. For my part, the 2mm thickness is perfectly fine. In order to assemble this system, you will need: - 2 screws H head M5 length 16mm - 1 CHC screw M5 length 20mm - 1 washer M5 - 3 lock nuts M5 The assembly video is available here: https://youtu.be/jMJHwm8A-r8 CAUTION: To stick the adapter on the phone shell, prefer 3M brand double-sided adhesive and a shell with a smooth plexiglass or hard plastic back. This combination offers the best adhesion and the risk of the adapter coming off is almost non-existent! (proven after many tests) and (clean the adapter and the phone shell well with methylated spirits before sticking the double-sided adhesive). Remember to deburr the Flower well and remove all the supports that allowed the printer to make your parts, especially inside the returns of the Adapter, so that they do not interfere with the rotation of the Flower in the Adapter and thus ensure the optimal functioning of the system.
