Duplicator 6 BLTouch Mount

BLTouch mount for the Duplicator 6. For the Duplicator 6+ see the mount by user zauberflo: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2894669 I used the holes for the bearing set screw to hold the mount. Use M3x8 or M3x10 screws to mount to print head. Power is from the analog connector pins 2 and 3, servo signal is z limit pin 1, and limit function moved to analog pin 1. I wired using a four conductor ribbon cable using the signals mentioned above.
