This thing was made with Tinkercad, and you can edit it online at https://www.tinkercad.com/things/6g5MbywhSBz. This light holder is designed to mount these items: http://www.ebay.com/itm/301032417732?_trksid=p2057872.m2749.l2649&ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT on your extruder block. I replaced the two upper bearing blocks on my extruder with a single 3d printed one that features a 45mm bearing instead of the stock 24mm. This made it impossible to use the original design for this light holder, so I remixed it to move the screw holds towards the center and down a bit. I had to move it down because I attached this to the upper holes on the lower bearing block, not the bottom holes up the upper block. I also changed the 3 holes for wiring into a single slot that the connector can fit through. Edit: I printed this in PLA, then tried printing some ABS in a 37 degree Celsius enclosure, and it warped pretty badly. So you might want to print this in ABS if you are going to be doing high temp stuff. Print Settings: Printer: Wanhao Duplicator I3 Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.2mm Infill: 10% Notes: I used an attached brim on this, just to give it some added stability.
