This is a swivel base for other Duplo parts that have a hole in the center, such as a ladder or crane hook. WARNING: A 3d printed part is not as strong as a manufactured Lego. It is possible for the peg to break off and become a choking hazard. Use at your own risk. There are two models - one has a built-in brim for the internal features where the slicer doesn't generate a brim automatically.
