Undercarriage support wall for the Durafly™ HyperBipe 900mm EPO (http://www.hobbyking.com/hobbyking/store/__33470__Durafly_HyperBipe_900mm_EPO_PNF_.html). The Durafly HyperBipe is a great model, however when using the undercarriage with the pre-installed slot, the EPO foam behind it tends to compress after a few hard landings, causing the undercarriage to lose stability. This support wall helps to resist the foam compression. Features a chamfered edge to help insert the support wall into the EPO foam. Instructions Print the support wall with ABS or PLA using 85-90% infill to ensure rigidity as this object is only 2mm thick to minimise weight. Use a hobby knife to cut out a 46mm long, 2mm thick gap directly behind the pre-installed undercarriage slot. Be aware that the undercarriage slot has a horizontal part buried about 14mm deep in the fuselage so don't cut into it. Place some ABS/PLA plastic and EPO friendly glue (e.g Foam safe CA or Epoxy) into the gap you just made, and on both sides of the support wall. Centre the support wall in the middle of the fuselage behind the pre-installed undercarriage slot then firmly push the support wall into the gap until the top is flush with the fuselage. Wipe off any excess glue including any glue that may have dripped into the pre-installed undercarriage slot.
