Before they were followers of Nurgle, before they were even called the Death Guard, there was a Legion of Astartes called the Dusk Raiders... Designed for resin prints, but should work alright with FDM. FDM results will probably be best if the pad is laid 'flat' on the bed rather than with the design upright as it orients naturally, but have a play and see how it looks.
