Dust Chute for Delta Miter Saw

Dust shroud / dust chute replacement part for a Delta 3802L Type 1 (might also fit many of the Porter Cable brands). This is the piece the guides saw dust and chips up into dust collection hose. I wasn't able to find a replacement part that on-line or from manufacturer, so decided to make my own. Will allow full movement of the saw without interference. But as of 2/17/2017 it has only been in operation for about a week so still testing. My OEM part shattered about a year ago and have been doing without so just took good measurements and created a totally new version based on some paper models. This may not really look anything like the original, but I think does a better job. Designed in Fusion 360 and I'll post some design files if asked for. Should be easy to modify for different version of the saw. Update - Oct, 2017 Still functioning perfectly! Showing no signs of wear, even when printed in PLA! Print Settings Printer Brand: Prusa Printer: Prusa Mk2 Rafts: Doesn't Matter Supports: Doesn't Matter Resolution: 0.2 Infill: N/A Notes: Turn object so it is on its side for easy printing Should require little to no changes from default settings to print properly. Original is printed at 0.2mm layers and when turned on its side, the layers alight with the direction of chip and air flow, so might be possible to print with larger layers and have not difference in function. I would suggest printed with 6 wide perimeter. Current part is PLA and works great. How I Designed This OEM part shattered about a year ago, so this is a from scratch redesign of a dust chute for this saw.
