## Dust Collection Fitting - 6" to 2" Wye My wood shop dust collection system is designed with 6" PVC "Sewer and drain" pipe for the primary runs, but I needed to take a branch off the main run for 2" schedule 40 PVC pipe. Not finding a suitable fitting commercially, I designed this one in Fusion 360 and printed it in PETG. I don't know how many other people are using 6" S&D for their dust collection, but I'm putting this out there for anyone else who might need it. I'm including the Fusion 360 file and the .STEP file for those who might want to edit it. ### Dimensions As drawn, the ID of the 6" hubs is 6.3", and the ID of the 2" hub is 2.4". With my printer, this results in a close, but not too snug, fit over the respective pipes. Overall height is 12", so you'll need a fairly large printer to print this part. There are two 1/8" holes in each hub for screws, as that's how I assembled my system. I've included a second version which I've marked as "short". That one is only 9" high, and will fit in the build volume of an Ender 3 **if** you disable skirt/brim/raft in your slicer. You'll need to orient it at 45 degrees, as shown in the photos.
