Dust Collection for CNC Router (AMB, Kress, Mafell), Absaug-Schuh für CNC Fräse mit 43mm Halterung (z.B. Kress, AMB 1400 FME P, Mafell)

Das ist mein Versuch eines Absaug-Schuhs für meine Eigenbau-CNC Fräse. Besteht aus 2 Teilen, einem fest montierten Absaug-Schuh und einem Halter mit Bürste. Passend für Fräsmotoren mit 43mm Eurohals-Aufnahme (z.B. Kress, AMB oder Mafell) Falls jemand die Teile für sein System abändern will: ich habe eine STEP-Datei mit den Objekten dazu gepackt. Der Halter für die Bürste ist mit Magneten befestigt (10mm Durchmesser, 2mm stark), ist leicht abnehmbar und hält einwandfrei. Die Magnete und die Bürste gibts z.B. bei Amazon. Den ersten Härtetest hat die Konstruktion schon hinter sich, 21mm Multiplex gefräst mit 8mm Fräser, Nuten und Taschen mit 19mm Tiefe, alle Späne super weggesaugt, perfekt. Und das bei über 1 Std. Fräsdauer. Angeschlossen ist ein normaler Werkstatt-Staubsauger aus dem Baumarkt. ---------------------------------------------------------- This is my first take on a Dust-Collection-System for my DIY-CNC-Router. It consists of a fixed Part and a holder for the brush. It fits CNC-Spindles with 43mm Euro-fitting (eg. Kress, Mafell, AMB) If someone wants to change the design to fit a specific system: i included a STEP-file with the 2 objects. The holder for the brush is attached via magnets to the fixed part, the magnets are 10mm diameter, 2mm thick. That way the holder is easily detachable and is kept firmly in place. I already tested the system on a 1h routing-job, I think it did a really good job, 21mm multiplex plywood with 19mm deep pockets, lots of dust, all collected. I connected a simple vacuum-cleaner that I already had in my workshop.
