Dust collection Gate #2

<p>This gate mounts is at the end of a 2" PVC pipe and goes to my Radial Arm Saw. It opens a y that is for a 2P PVC (that goes to the chip collection box at back of saw and a 1.5" PVC pipe that hooks to a hose in the top of the blade guard. It also helps hold itself and the 4" metal pipe behind it to the wall. &nbsp;</p><p>The base of the gate needs to be attached to 2 mounts (because my printer can't print it all as 1 do to size) To attach them and the gate out part I used super glue but then I welded them together. I have a variable temp soldering iron that I set to 368 f and put a smooth tip on to do this. By melting the seems together it is really strong.&nbsp;</p>
