You can now transition directly from a 4 inch blast gate in your dust collection system to a 3 inch hose with one seamless step. I've added a subtle groove around the 3 inch end of the attachment, making it easy to secure a flex hose under a standard hose clamp and preventing the hose from slipping off accidentally. Two distinct versions are available to accommodate different sizes of hoses: The YadapClapet4poEx_par_3po-1.stl model has an outer diameter that's slightly less than 3 inches, ensuring a precise fit for smaller hoses. The YadapClapet4poEx 3po1a.stl design has a diameter that's slightly more than 3 inches, allowing it to work perfectly with the grey flex hose commonly used in workshops. For enhanced durability and strength, I designed the part using ABS material, then carefully applied acetone to the surface with a brush for extra protection. If you choose to use PLA instead, be sure the layers are bonding well as they're formed, ensuring a robust finish that can withstand regular workshop use.
