My new Mirka Deros 650 sander ( I hope I would not regret purchasing this ! ) has some sort of proprietary dust outlet at the rear for their own shop vacuum hose. Unfortunately my shop vac Karcher proNT200 has a suction hose tip which is not suitable for Mirka. Thus, emergency action took place and a brand new, 100% compatible hose adaptor between these had been created. Well, I have used PLA+ which was ready on the printer, but PETG would be better for the strength point of view. And sure if you can find kind a matching color to Mirka's body color, it would be nice. If your hot bed does not have any sticking issues, there is no need to consider support or brim etc. I hope this solves your case also. Happy printing.
