Dust Port for Rockler Router Table

Dust Port for Rockler Router Table

This is a dust collection \ shop vacuum port for a Rockler router table. I don't know the model number for the table - I inherited it, and it's pretty old - but I think all Rockler router tables use the same dust port. I've included the Fusion 360 file in case someone wants to remix it. I used parameters in Fusion 360 as much as possible, so if you need to make adjustments just click on Modify, then Change Parameters. The parameter names should be pretty self explanatory.

NOTE: The "foot" at the bottom rear of the thing in the pictures is shorter than it should be. The one in the photo is 18mm and it should be 28mm. I have corrected that in the uploaded files, but didn't bother reprinting it because it works fine.

If I were to print another, I would also modify the mounting “ears” to be taller and maybe add gussets to make it steadier, but it's working fine, so until I break it . . .

Print Settings

Printer Brand:

Anycubic

Printer:

Mega S

Rafts:

No

Supports:

Yes

Resolution:

0.2mm

Infill:

15%

Filament:

Kodak PLA+ Black

Notes:

Supports tuching buildplate only.
The walls are pretty thick - 4mm - so you could probably use lower infill if you want, but it won't make much difference.
