This is a Dustfilter for the MakerBot SmartExtruder+ for the Replicator Z18. Print Settings Printer Brand: MakerBot Printer: MakerBot Replicator (5th Generation) Rafts: Yes Resolution: 0.1 - 0.15mm Infill: 15% Notes: Print "...Top6" with support and "...Buttom6/7" without support. You have to turn 'em a bit. Check the instructions below. Instructions Printing "Top" File: Rotate it 45° on the x-axis. Move it on platform and center. Use the default settings high (possible to change layer height to 0.15mm) add support. "Bottom" File: Rotate it -135° on the x-axis. Move it on platform. Use the default settings high (possible to change layer height to 0.15mm). Post-Printing 1. Remove the supports. 2. Remove the swivel-clip and push out the ball bearing. 3. Place it into the printed one... Lay it on the table and push it inside. 4. Place the sponge and add some oil. 5. Take the top, hold it as shown in the picture... and turn it 180°. 6. Thats it! Your swivel clip-dust filter is now ready to be pushed on the smart extruder+ Z18. Updates File Updates (There was a fault in the thread and others..) Removed all previous files and added the newest ones.
