Another version of this splice block for the thinner DV-type tapes. Most people downloading this will be repairing their old MiniDV tapes from the 2000s, but the same tape was used in larger, professional cassettes, called DVCPRO and DVCAM, which came in S, M and L sizes (S being the same as MiniDV) All of these tapes use 1/4 inch wide tape, or 6.35mm Audio cassette tapes use a slightly wider tape, at 0.15 inches, or 6.8mm. If you wish to use for those tapes, scale this 110% to make enough room!
