Dwell Piston Mechanism

Based on a GIF from http://garethwashere.tumblr.com/page/4, the concept was utilized while creating my own mechanism with certain modifications. The model was designed using Solidworks 2016. Simlab Composer 7 Mechanical Edition was used for rendering. Frames were edited in Virtualdub and saved as AVI/X264 and BMP formats. MyMP4BoxGui was employed to remux the video into MP4 format. PhotoScape was utilized for creating GIFs, while IrfanView helped in editing the renders. The 3D-PDF, ZIM and SIMLAB files all contain animations. ZIM files can be viewed on IOS and Android devices using Simlab Viewer app. The model is available in multiple formats such as Solidworks 2016, Simlab Composer 7, DAE, STEP, IGES, Parasolid, OBJ, 3D-PDF, SketchUp, 3DS and ZIM.
