An amulet of the Dwemer sigil that is found on many Dwemer artifacts in the Elder Scrolls games. It has a hole that you can thread string or a necklace through. SolidWorks has the axes switched around so you'll have to lay it flat for it to print. I would fix but I deleted the Solidworks file so I'd have to redo the whole thing. Update: Redid the design. Added a version without the necklace loop for anyone who's interested.
