DX Commander Socket and Cable Cover

This is a cover for the cable connector on DX commandeer. The design intent is to provide a rain cover to prevent water ingress into the coax, and to reduce corrosion of the SO259 connector. The cover is in two parts. One part (the SO259 Cover) is designed to slip over the SO259 connector plate. The So259 cover has a groove cut into it, to hold it in position. A threaded feature protrudes from the SO259 Cover, to allow it to mate with a second part - the cable cover. The cable cover has been designed to slip over RG213 sized cable, and the connector (so that no removal of the PL259 plug is required). The cable cover then screws on to the SO259 cover, providing excellent weather protection.
