I broke mine, so I made this! It's a replacement antenna cover for a Spektrum DX9 Radio. Normally, the antenna cap mounts with 2 screws and 3 plastic hooks. If you shear off the hooks from opening the case too many times, it will become unstable. I used a combination of precise measurements and photocopied base profiles to formulate the shape… After about 10 prototypes I've perfected the fit! It doesn't wobble, and is about as strong as it can realistically be without adding excess material. This cap is also shorter than the original, making it a bit more convenient. Print Settings Resolution: 0.2-0.35mm Infill: 100% Notes: Use your strongest filament! You don't want to risk damaging the fragile antenna inside if this breaks.
