DX9 Trim Switch
thingiverse
The Spektrum Dx9 transmitter has trim switches with flimsy actuator arms that are easily broken - see the attached picture. My brother snapped two and was getting ready to send it in for repairs or buy a new transmitter. I said "Hold up"... why do you think I have a 3D printer?\r\n\r\nDesigned in OpenSCAD, this replacement is way more solid than the original.\r\n\r\nPrint it standing on the pivot point, with supports just touching the buildplate, and recommend 100% infill. It may take only a light touch of sanding or filing to adjust the actuating points to trip the switches, but not much.\r\n\r\nI don't know which transmitter model other than the Dx9 that this part fits, but if yours looks like the photo of the OEM part, this should work perfectly.
