Dyson accessory holders ( V8 and V7 and V10 )

The Dyson V8 I got comes with 5 extra accessories, however only 2 can be fitted in wall mount... And what to do of the rest? With this print all my accessories now fit on the wall mount! This is for V7, V8 and V10 (No V6 or prior). For each side of the wall mount you will need to print: A board with either 2 or 3 spaces for the accessories (one will be upside down): A clip that needs to lock the board to the wall mount A bottom part that attaches onto the bottom of the board, for the bottom accessory holder. To print: The boards and the bottom part needs to be printed with supports. The clip does not need support and needs to be printed flat for good strength. To assemble: Clean up all supports, the bottom part twist and lock onto the board. The clip needs to be inserted from the top onto the board to create a locking button(refer to photo). Insert the board on the wall mount. Done! If you had printed the old design and the tab broke, just print a new clip and you are good to go! Note, the board of the new design have NOT been tested by me, so please report if you have issues. Update 2017-01-12: I have updated the design so that there is a little recess in the twist and lock mechanism for the bottom part so that it will avoid free rotation Update 2018-03-02: I added the reverse model to switch between left and right. Left with 2 tools and right with 3 tools Update 2018-12-26: New versions of the board available. Note: the clip part have been tested but not the boards yet... give it a go. Update 2019-03-19: Corrected the recess position so that accessories 'clip' on the board. Also have a much better design of the lip for the Clip so that the boards do not fall off the wall mount. Highly recommended to print this new clip to replace the old one! Print Settings Printer Brand: Wanhao Printer: Wanhao Duplicator i3 V2 Rafts: No Supports: Yes Resolution: 0.2mm layer height Infill: 40% Notes: I sliced it with cura 2.3.1 and used 4 solid layers for top and bottom surfaces and 2 shells for walls. Printed in PLA using 5mm Brim Post-Printing Carefully remove supports inside the structure. Once you have removed the supports on the bottom of the board, fit the bottom part and twist to lock. The bottom piece might require a bit of glue to avoid it rotate and unlock when clipping or unclipping an accessory. How I Designed This The idea was taken from: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1946252 but then I designed it from scratch.
