Dyson DC28 Lock

First and foremost, thanks to Fairymoth for the V6 model. I was thrilled to find that it was almost a perfect fit but needed some tweaking, so I sliced it up with 3D Builder and made some adjustments to make it fit my spring (which is slightly wider) perfectly and added 2mm thickness to ensure an even closer fit to my DC28's part. When printing, there is definitely some wiggle room, but you should aim to get the main part exactly 16mm wide (excluding the pins). In Cura with my printer, I had to set the horizontal adjustment to -0.1mm because it was printing out 16.1mm wide, resulting in a snugger fit than intended. I highly recommend printing this vertically so that the part you press with your thumb is at the top, using tree supports. If your slicer struggles with the supports, try rotating it to 88 degrees to give the branches more room to work with.
