Dyson V8 Tool Ride-on
thingiverse
I adored the initial design and was thrilled when my wife enthusiastically agreed with me for attaching accessories to her Dyson V8. She was desperately trying to figure out how to use tape or zip-ties to secure the crevice tool to her vacuum so it could ride along, but she beamed with joy when I promised to redesign it according to her vision. I pulled the design into TinkerCad, removed the hanger assembly, and added a part that fits snugly against the vac's main stick tube. The entire piece secures tightly using a common metal hose clamp that inserts into a hidden channel on the attachment. The print came out perfectly with no support needed - a seamless process from start to finish. I've only tested it with PLA so far, and it worked flawlessly.
